Each dress ordered from our site is made from scratch. Generally, we will need 10-20 days to process the order plus 1-2 days to have it checked at QC department before it is shipped out. Therefore, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

The time it takes to prepare the order depends on the design of the dress, dresses with a complicated design require more tailoring time than simple ones.

Shipping Time

We are using well-reputed shipping companies, such as UPS, DHL, EMS, etc. The delivery time is based on the shipping method you choose.

Expedited Shipping -Delivery times are 3-5 Business days to all major destinations.

Standard Shipping -Delivery times are  6-8 Business days to all major destinations.
